My how she has grown

Friday Audrey went to her 2 week check up since birth and she is growing like crazy. She is 10lb 11ounces already, she gained a lot of weight, which means she is eating like a champ. She is in the 97 % for weight. She is 22 inches long, which when she was born she was 20.5, we think somewhere they must have not gotten her correct length when she was born, because to grow an inch/half in 2 weeks seems like a lot. She is in the 91 % for length. Audrey hated the doctor's office, right when we walked in she immediately started crying, not a good sign, especially because next time their are actually shots involved.

Date Day

Today Brent and I went out on a date for the first time since Audrey was born, I know it's only two weeks, but it was great to get out just the two of us. Grandpa and Grandma Wood watched Audrey and she was perfect they said. We went to Applebees for lunch and to see the Batman movie. The movie was great, we both loved it. Tonight after supper we went over to the Bears Den in Elysian and met up with Brent's grandparents and had dessert. It was nice, Audrey slept the whole time. I hope she sleeps tonight!

4 Generations

My grandma came to Mankato on Wednesday and we got a 4 generation photo. We had a fun time having lunch at Panera with my grandma, aunt and mom.

Out to lunch

It's been a busy couple of days. We took Audrey to BW3 today and had lunch, it was our first outing to a restaurant. It went really well, she pretty much slept the whole time. After that we went to the mall and hit up crazy days and got her some new clothes. Tomorrow Brent is leaving very early for the Heart of the Lakes Triathlon, so we are hoping for a good night tonight so he gets some good sleep. We will miss him tomorrow while he is gone.

This is Audrey looking like a boy, she got mistaken a few times, Brent had to pull her socks up for the soccer look, it didn't last long.

Grilling out with Grandpa Dan. We had supper with my parents last night and then went to the park for the Relay for Life. It was great, but Audrey slept the whole time, even through the loud bands. We got to show her off to many people that we knew there. We stayed for the lighting of all the luminaries, it was a great night.

Uncle Curt and Aunt Christine stopped by on Sunday after we got home, Audrey loved them!

The incredibly awesome sleep sack that Heidi brought us that Lucy used to wear, it has worked wonders at night, except Audrey seems to have a blowout in it every night and it needs to get washed first thing.

Wow, a pink outfit, they are rare, but she is getting more and more pink things.
