Barbecue Blowout

Well, the picture explains it all, Audrey had a serious blowout at the National Night Out block party. She was sitting on the neighbor girls lap, I felt so bad. She did not seem to mind too much. We had to make our exit out of there and leave the neighbor with a bit of a stain on her pants. Audrey felt great after that:)


Here she is all cleaned up, bath time is not her favorite as you can tell, but she needed one for sure last night.

Pig Roast

We took no pictures this past weekend, can you beleive it. We even made Audrey a cute homemade onesie for the 2008 Asleson family pig roast, no pictures of her in it, it was totally cute! She did really well at the pig roast, but got very upset at the end. I think she had enough of being passed around to so many people. So the ride home was a little rough.

Last night my mom and I took Audrey to see my grandma in Wells, Audrey did really well. My grandma wanted to take her around to all these ladies rooms at the Assisted Living and show her off, it was cute. Then we went out for supper and hit the road. Audrey had enough of being in her car seat by then. I am wondering about our ride to Lutsen in a few weeks, a 5 hour drive, I hope she does well in the car for that long.

Tonight is the neighborhood picnic, so should be fun, Audrey will probably have more fun next year with the fire trucks and police cars, not so much this year.

Back to the Gym

I got the energy to go back to the gym on Wednesday, it felt great to work out again. I was incredibly sore the next day. I know I won't be working out like I used to, but whenever I get the chance I will head to the gym. Once Audrey is older she can go play at the children's center while I work out. Another baby shower

Today Brent's work threw us a baby shower, it was so nice. Audrey slept the whole time and entertained everyone with a nice loud rumble in her pants, haha. That's our girl:) We got some great gifts, she is so spoiled. She is going to be very stylish. She is sitting in her new vibrating bouncy seat right now, I hear it's a lifesaver. They sent us home with many, many, many snacks, so please, anyone stop over and help us eat the goodies.

In Love

We are just more and more in love with our baby girl every day, it's tons of fun, we had a great weekend together, now Brent goes back to work tomorrow again. What will we do without him. Here are some fun pics from the weekend.

How embarassing, dad pulled my pants up a little too high and thought it was so funny:) Audrey can wear pants now, her nasty belly button scab finally fell off so I don't feel so bad putting pants on her, I never wanted to put anything over her belly button before to irritate it.
