A little sampling

We closed on our house today and will be busy for the next couple of weeks stripping wallpaper, painting, putting in a new stair railing, and cleaning up the landscaping.

Here is the backyard, which we love, it's nice and big and fenced in, it just has a bit of overgrown weeds going on.

Here is the railing that needs to be replaced for Audrey's safety and the fact that it's super ugly.

I will post some before and after pictures when we are done with all of the projects.
